Last Saturday's training was a piece of cake. The weather was in the 60's, it was perfect for 9 mile run. I felt great after my training. I also figured it out how to get there quicker. After training, our group had breakfast, however I haven't been to any of the breakfast because I always prefer my breakfast smoothie. Perhaps next time, when we run 13 miles or so, I will reward myself with some delicious pancakes or some belgian waffles.See you next week. Happy running.
