stay focused


The racing season has finally begun. Since the weather is starting to get nicer, it's time to run and enjoy the outside. My goal this month is to train at 6:30 a.m. at least six days a week, with an average weekly mileage of 50 miles. Staying healthy and injury-free is crucial in my training. It's important for me to stay focused and stay relaxed. I will begin my marathon training in a few weeks. I'm very excited and anxious. It's going to be a lot of work but it's going to be fun!
